KDE Resource for RememberTheMilk.com
I’ve been testing out rememberthemilk.com for the past few weeks and I love it. It’s very easy to use but lets me organize my tasks how I want to. I’m now curious about their API and I think that I will try and connect it to a simple KResource. KResources are for things like calendar, contacts, etc… you may be familiar with the KResource for a .ical or .vcf file as they are the default ones. By using a KResource I could continue to use the excellent Kontact for my PIM needs while syncing everything to rememberthemilk.com
Have you done anything with this? I’d also like to have Remember the Milk integrated with KDE.

After I wrote this post I played around with the idea for a couple of days. I’m sorry to say that I didn’t get very far before other things came up.
I would also still love to have it integrated, maybe I can take another look now that kde4 is more stable. I don’t know much about it, but akonadi might be the right tool to integrate with. (It will be a crucial part of kontact for kde 4.2)
I’m glad you’re interested =). Out of curiosity, did you find this post via google?

kontact can show todo list in RTM, however, you can only add individual list to the resources with the “private address” option in RTM settings turned on.
I haven’t found any way to sync them, though. just for display.

That’s really cool to hear, thanks for the heads up.

Like addone said, it’s only possible to fetch RTM entries, but not save them in the service.
